Spooky Action will be committed to psychedelic electroacoustic music. I prefer that to 'noise' or 'electronic music' or whatever else. The Spooky Actions series will focus on the work of under recognized artists from the seventies and eighties who I feel are often more relevant (if not necessarily directly influential) to today's musical developments than more familiar names might be, for simple reasons of creative exhaustion. JD Emmanuuel will record the digital masters in 192k/24 bit for the highest quality sound. Most of the digital masters will be from the Reel-To-Reel masters from the early 80s.
