For those of you who travel, a great way to relax on an airplane or in a hotel room.
To use this guided relaxation, just find a place that you can sit upright with your feet flat on the floor and your back straight. This makes it easy to use as soon as you get home to let go of a tough day, while on an airplane, waiting for an airplane at the terminal, in your hotel room, or just about anywhere else where you can sit by yourself for about 11 minutes.
This is also a great way to help you fall asleep at night. Get comfortable in your favorite sleep position in your bed and just play this in the background as you fall asleep.
For maximum benefits during either of these guided experiences, sit up in a comfortable chair (laying down may result in a deep, satisfying nap or sleep, but if that is what you need, lay down), make sure there is nothing physical to distract you like shoes, belt or tight shirt collar, turn off any phones or other distractions, then ENJOY!
This is easily transferred to most MP3 players or can be converted to other file formats.
